职位描述

We are seeking a Treasury Director role working at Hangzhou office, reporting to Deputy CFO. He/she will be responsible for the overall corporate treasury management related issues in Hangzhou region.

Treasury management:

1. Oversee the corporate treasury management including the cashflow projection and the daily treasury operations;

2. Optimize the capital/treasury structures including meeting short and long-term funding needs and manage the corporate liquidity position; lead the execution of funding transactions;

3. Monitor and manage the treasury related covenants, ensure the ongoing communication and the compliance reporting requirements from the regulators such as PBOC and SAFE;

4. Optimize the bank account structures for the overall company activities and ensure tight control and monitoring;

5. Manage good relationship with corporate bank partners and other treasury counterparties;

6. Generate regular internal treasury reports for management and relevant stakeholders;

FX exposure management:

1. Ensure the overall FX exposures are well identified and hedged through appropriate instruments;

2. Identify and evaluate suitable FX bank partners;

3. Review cash transfer and FX trades, support necessary reconciliations;

Process design and management:

1. Drive the treasury management related policy development, process optimization, control management and system enhancement throughout operations team and the greater Treasury organization; prepare and maintain documentation of operational processes and procedures;

2. Lead the team to implement strong controls over day-to-day conducts and ensure full compliance with internal policies and

Requirements

Bachelor completed in Finance, Treasury & Banking, Economics, or other Finance related majors;
10+ years relevant experience in Corporate Treasury/Finance function with knowledge of treasury operations, FX activities and the regulators communication; preferably banking and payment industry;
Familiar with Treasury workstations or tools; implementation experience is a plus.;
Good communication skills with fluency in English and Chinese;
Logical mind-set, detail-oriented, self-motivated, strong sense of responsibility, good leadership skills, able to work under pressure and with cross-team work spirit;
Strong analytical and organizational skills.
