1. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 主要职责
Job Summary – (Role Summary) 职责概述
Supervise and inspect the work of assigned room attendants to ensure product quality standards are met and that optimum service is provided to hotel guests according to hotel and company business objectives.
安排客房服务员的工作,确保客房部所有的工作的高效运转进行
Essential Duties and Responsibilities – (Key Activities, at least 5 activities)主要工作职责(至少5项主要具体内容)
1. Supervise the implementation of housekeeping standards ,inspections and procedures in relation to(eg. Bedroom service Bathroom service, Valet service, Cleaning service, Linen maintenance)
从以下几方面监督、巡查指导客房部的相关工作(如: 卧室, 浴室, 代客服务, 清洁服务, 布草管理)
2. Recommended changes to these standards and training needs on an ongoing basis
根据具体情况建议改变现有政策以及培训需求
3. Maintain a current and thorough knowledge of all housekeeping systems
全面了解管家部的所有系统
4. Open and close the shift and ensure effective shift hand over(eg. Distribution and collection of keys; Perform Room allocations and manage all special requests made by guests )
合理安排,确保工作交接的顺利完成(例如:收放钥匙,分配客房和解决客人所有特殊的要求)
5. Solve employee grievances
处理员工纠纷
6. Co-ordinate special projects (eg site rooms, vermin control, window and carpet cleaning, room inventories)
管理特别项目(如:安排客房位置.防虫,窗帘以及地毯的清洁,房间物品的清点)
7. Ensure consistency within the department
确保部门的一致性
8. Management of lost property for the hotel
酒店物资流失的控制
9. Conducts shift briefings to ensure hotel activities and operational requirements are known
确保员工了解各自的工作职责
10. Works with Superior and Human Resources on manpower planning and management needs
与人力资源部合作完成人力计划和必要的安排
11. Others: Implement other responsibilities assigned by superior
其它职责:履行上级分派的其它工作和职责
2. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS 必要条件
Required Skills 必要技能–
1. Communication skills are utilized a significant amount of time when interacting with others;
demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.
有很好的沟通交流技能,能利用大量时间与客户,员工和其它人互动,从各个方面表现出酒店的品牌和高度
2. Able to speak, read and write English
能用英语进行会话,并能书写英语
3. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office

4. Organizational and training abilities

Qualifications 任职资格–
High School or Diploma in Hotel Administration, Hotel Management or equivalent
高等或同等学历酒店管理专业学士学位
Experience 经验–
2 years housekeeping experience preferably in a hotel of similar size and complexity and including supervisory experience or training.
在同等级酒店管家部2年的主管工作经验
Type and level of experience required may vary slightly based on size and complexity of operation
