Requirements/任职要求
l High school or the above in warehouse/logistics related(高中或以上学历并具有仓储及物流相关工作经验)
l Elementary written and read English skills(基本英语读写能力)
l A minimum of 2 to 3 years related work experience(有2-3年相关工作经验)
l Basic IT skills including Word, Excel, Powerpoint; Good team work spirit(基本IT技能，包括Word, Excel, Powerpoint;良好的团队合作精神)
l Service-minded – Presentable, good manners, “always meets customer with a smile”(具备服务意识-规矩的，有礼貌，面对客户时常保持笑容)
l Able to work independently，fast learner(具备独立工作和快速学习能力)
l Patient, efficient, responsible and can work under pressure to meet project timelines and milestones(耐心，高效率，有责任心，并能在压力下完成工程时间表)
l Able to lift 20-30 kilograms(手提20-30公斤重物的能力)
l Good health condition(良好的身体状况)
l Warehouse skills:(仓库工作技能)
o Basic idea of warehouse operations(基本的仓库操作理念)


Functional area/职责
l Do IPS coordination task between CS and Warehouse(协助IPS部门与客服，采购，仓库间的协调工作)
l Assist warehouse to fulfil picking, packing, lab etc. (同仓库工作人员合作完成检货，包装，打印标签等工作)
l Hand over IPS shipment to forwarder and make sure about lead time according to customer requirement(同货运公司交接IPS货物，并确认到货时间)
l Be able to monitor IPS equipment in stock(监管仓库中IPS物料并确保数量正确)
l Make preparation for IPS equipment(完成IPS物料准备工作)
l Maintain and support 6-S principals and initiatives 支持及推动6S的推行
l Compliance to ISO9001-2008 & EHS 遵照ISO9001-2008 & 环境和职业健康安全管理体系
