Job Description

We are a multinational software company with clients all over the world. We have offices in China in Beijing and Xi’an, as well as a U.S. office in Indianapolis. We are looking for a full-time English trainer to join our training team in our Xi’an office.

Providing ongoing training and growth opportunities to our staff is an important part of our mission, and this includes helping them to improve their English communication skills as well as business-related soft skills. Accordingly, we offer a variety of communication training programs throughout the year.

The training we offer ranges from one-on-one training to small- and medium-sized group classes, as well as some larger open workshops. We work with our colleagues to help them improve in all aspects of English communication, with the goal of making them more efficient and effective in their daily work and empowering them to have ever-better interactions with our clients.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications

• Native English speaker.
• Has a bachelor’s degree or above (required; no requirements on major, though an English-, teaching- or business-related degree is a plus).
• At least one year of English training experience (experience teaching abroad and corporate English training are preferred but not required).
• A reputable TEFL certificate is a bonus, but not required.
• Experience in training business soft skills (strongly preferred).
• A self-starter, able to prioritize and with good attention to detail.
• Strong problem-solving ability; able to identify needs and recommend and implement appropriate solutions.
• Cooperative, with experience working well on a team.
• Excellent communication skills and friendly personality.
• Knowledge of software industry or IT background is a plus.
