HR Specialist
Qualifications:
-Bachelor degree or above with at least 3 years related experience
-Experience in foreign company is required
-Good knowledge and skills in all HR functions covering recruitment, compensation and benefits, training and development, performance management, policy design and strong communication and inter personal skills
-Strong spoken and written skills in both Mandarin and English
-Proactive, accountable, good team player, willing to work under pressure and with the ability to work independently
