1.Running of daily in vivo studies.
Monitoring the condition of animals, recognizing and resolving any problems. Recording and handling of experimental data (paper and electronic). Formulation and administration of compounds. Collection of samples and tissues. Participate in a rota for weekend and out of hours support.
2. Carrying out in vitro assays.
Working independently or under guidance on in vitro studies, including cell culture, cellular model construction and any other related molecular biology methods or assays set-up.
3. Study Director in the production of data and reporting the results timely and reliably.
Contributing to the planning and design of studies, providing technical advice and preparation of reports.
职位要求：
1.Skillful in animal models such as cell or tissues transplantation, drug administration, anatomy and tissue or blood samples collection.
2.Skillful in cellular and molecular biology techniques such as 2D / 3D cell culture, virus transfection, genetic modification, flow cytometry, western blot, etc.
3. Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively with team members with strong problem solving and analytic skills.
4. Good oral and written communication skills in English is a plus.
5. Master degree in the field of pharmacology, molecular or cell biology, cancer biology, immunology or related discipline.
