?Setting up research assays.Designing and setting up specific PD assays to evaluate compound leads in a timely manner.
?Conducting routine compound screening assays upon request.Conducting routine compound screening assays timely and accurately upon request.
?Collaborating with the whole scientific team for faster project progress.Working with the other scientific teams (chemistry, structure biology, etc.) actively to design in-depth MOA/POC experiments to facilitate the project progress.
?Data analysis and report.Analyzing the data and reporting the results timely and reliably.
?Progress presentation.Presenting and communicating internally.
职位要求：
Professional Experience
?Expertise in molecular biology, cell biology and immunology, specifically mammalian cell culture, ELISA, western blot, flow cytometry, and other molecular biology techniques.
?Good animal experiment skills and experience
?Good knowledge of cancer biology or immunology.
?Great analytical and problem-solving skills.
Work skills
Candidates with relevant research/working experience is preferred but not required.
Qualifications
?Skillful in animal models such as cell or tissues transplantation, drug administration, anatomy and tissue or blood samples collection.
?Skillful in cellular and molecular biology techniques such as 2D / 3D cell culture, virus transfection, genetic modification, flow cytometry, western blot, etc.
?Demonstrated English reading and writing ability.
?Good oral communication skills.
