工作职责：
-通过邮件、电话、以及相关系统软件(SAP&Sieble)协助日本处理售后相关工作。
主要内容包括处理售后订单，部品调配等。

分析機器を販売した後の、機器のサポートに関する仕事です。
エンジニアのスケジュールを管理したり、作業に必要な部品を調達します。
主に、PCを使用した仕事です。


资格以及必要条件
-大学本科以及同等学历；
-日语一级及相当，良好的听说读写能力
-英语四级以上；
-良好的沟通及聆听技巧；
-熟练地使用办公设备，电脑，以及中/英/日文版office,word等相关办公软件；
-具有能够处理多种任务的能力和职责；
-具备责任感，能够在压力下独立工作；
-有相关客户服务经验者优先

必要な技術、能力
1. 日本語が理解できること。
　日本語で、読み、書き、会話ができること。
　仕事のトレーニングは全て日本語で行われます。日本語のトレーニング資料を使い、日本語でトレーニングを受講できること。
　英語も多少理解できることが望ましい。
2.　PCの操作ができること。
　日本語で入力ができること。
　MS Word、Excel等が使用できること。
3.　大学卒業または同等の能力を有すること。
4.良いコミュニケーション能力、責任感もち、圧力にあっても独力で完成できる。
5．関係な仕事経験がある人は優先。
