工作职责：

- 针对客户特点制定销售计划
- 与设计公司及项目管理公司建立战略合作关系
- 开发新客户并维护良好的长期客户关系
- 对客户需求及其潜在问题有深刻理解
- 达成销售目标并致力于为客户提供办公室解决方案

职位要求：

- 5到8年销售经验，有良好的销售业绩（经验较少者可考虑销售顾问岗位）
- 对办公家具行业有深刻的行业经验及业务理解
- 拥有广泛的客户关系及业务网络
- 良好的项目管理及时间管理技巧
- 出色的人际沟通能力并能够指导和发展他人
- 自我激励和指引，勇于接受具挑战性的工作职责
- 能够在压力下高效工作
- 出色的电脑应用能力及英文语言能力
- 大专及以上学历


Job Responsibilities:

- Build sales plans for assigned accounts
- Build strategic partnership with AD & PM firms
- Build new accounts and customers relationship
- Demonstrate deep understanding of customers and their issues
- Close profitable sales and work on solution selling



Requirements:

- 5-8 years of sales experience with a proven sales record (candidates with less experience will be considered for Sales Consultant position.)
- Broad exposure and understanding of office furniture industry
- Strong networks and client relationship
- Outstanding project management and time management skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with coaching and mentoring capabilities
- Self-motivated, self-directed and be willing to accept responsibilities
- Be able to work under pressure
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- English language proficiency in both written and spoken
- Diploma or equivalent qualification is required
