Main Functions and Responsibilities
It is a very important and strategic manager position, based in Shanghai and operated within our Lab Water marketing and technical support teams, to provide essential training support to Millipore Lab Water China business operation so as to ensure its deliverables.
Responsibilities:
Reporting to Lab Water Marketing Manager with a strong dot line functional report to Lab Water HQ Training Manager to manage the entire process of Lab Water training, work closely with other BU & BF Marketing and successful transfer the knowledge to the local Lab Water staff.
? Training manager is strongly responsible for planning, organizing, leading and supervising tailor-made training program; Develop, implement and maintenance of technical product training manuals, materials. Build up appraisal of training effectiveness to improve the sales force competency.
? To arrange yearly and quarterly training schedule (Sales, Service and Marketing) according to management requirement and ensure the training program well conducted. To act as a key speaker in the training session and provide well-performed product/ selling skill/case study/application training course.
? To act as an important interface in motivating and aligning distributor's effort to promote Millipore's products by well organizing and conducting training sessions both in the field and in Shanghai Training Center to them. Provide them professional, systematic and practical training courses including product/ selling skill/case study/application. Ensure most trainees well trained and meet training requirement. Keep in good touch with distributors' trainees termly.
? To act as one of key person to improve internal new sales, marketing and technical persons capability. Organize and conduct training sessions both in the field and at corporate facilities to train new Marketing, Sales and Technical employees. Provide them professional, systematic and practical training courses including product/ selling skill/case study/application/Speech skill.
? To be one of the key evaluator of Sales Force Effectiveness and be responsible for the upgrade of product knowledge competence besides line managers.
? To act as an internal lab water data base controller. Take charge of the construction, development, maintenance of the database. Keep database synergy with HQ. Make the database as a friendly and useful tool for internal sales, marketing and technical staff.
? To act as lab manager and cooperate with Office Administration colleagues to ensure training facilities (lab + demo system) well running with neat and tidy environment.

Requirements/Qualification:
? Master degree or higher and should be majored in Chemistry related department. Familiar with analytical instruments (HPLC, PCR, MASS, ICP etc.)
? Should be worked as marketing related jobs with strong experience for training. Mature looking. Have teaching and presentation experience exposure. Able to deliver presentation with passion.
? Strong background of relevant product and industry knowledge & experience with relevant work experience
? Need to be worked at least 7~10 years in related and can travel around.
? Should be very good at both oral English and Chinese.
? Highly organized, results oriented and able to prioritize time and tasks effectively.
? Excellent Power point /Microsoft word/Excel skill. Familiar with Lotus Notes and/or Oracle preferred.
