1. Responsible for ensuring quality customer service to clients, account managers, and auditors.

3. Manage assigned clients including coordination with all appropriate service areas and ensuring delivery of superior customer service.

4. Collaborate and provide expertise, options and recommendations with appropriate program or audit team member for issue resolution.

5. Oversee assigned client program requirements; track accreditation and internal quality and compliance; work with management or senior client team for corrective action

6.   Manage customer documentation and database systems.

     管理客户文档和数据库系统

7.  Manage and maintain audit documentation, database systems, and qualification documentation as assigned.

8. Generate client and auditor financial and activity reports for management.

    为管理层生成客户和审核人员的财务和活动报告

9. Identify areas of process improvement within assigned areas and lead implementation efforts as assigned.

10. Perform other duties as assigned

 Required Qualifications:

   1. Bachelor’s degree in environmental health, food science, food technology, dietetics, nutrition or other related scientific area OR Bachelor’s degree plus an RS/REHS certification

     环境健康、食品科学、食品技术、营养学或其他相关科学领域的学士学位，或 RS/REHS 认证的学士学位

2.  CP-FS Certification and/or RS/REHS

     CP-FS 认证或 RS/REHS 

3.  A minimum of five (5) years related customer service experience in a business office environment.

    至少5年在商务办公环境中的相关客户服务经验

4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    优秀的书面和口头沟通能

5. Exceptional attention to detail, organizational and prioritization skills.

   特别注重细节、组织能力和优化技巧

6. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.

    熟练使用 Word、Excel、PowerPoint、Outlook 等办公软件

7.Ability to work independently, follow through on all assignments and meet deadlines.

   能够独立工作，完成所有的任务并在截止日期前完成

8.Ability to travel domestically up to 5% of the time    

    有5%的时间可能在出差  

  Preferred Qualifications:

1.   Advanced degree in food science or a related scientific area of study.

      食品科学或相关领域的高等学位

2.   A minimum of two (2) years related work experience in project/account management.

     2 年以上项目/客户管理相关工作经验

3.  Experience in food safety and quality programs.

     有食品安全和质量项目的经验
