包装开发&技术支持经理（软包装/薄膜/食品快消包装行业优先）

工作职责：

1. 领导和管理所有的包装项目，如新包装设计研发、现有包装和生产操作的革新和改进以降低成本；
2. 协同采购部门，收集整理包装信息，确保物料包装符合规范；
3. 为客户制定运输包装的整体解决方案，针对公司项目及产品提供技术支持；开发和设计产品的包装，并对现有包装进行更新；
4. 对包装材料或结构提出科学的验证方案，并对验证方案、验证报告资料予以整理保存；
5. 客户整体包装的结构设计，并确定产品生产工艺，确保生产产品的可实施性；
6. 包装物流整合，成本分析，提案； 包装材料工艺创新研究，成本递减活动推进；
7. 建立、维护公司包装管理体系，对产品管理、客服、生产等部门的技术咨询支持。

职位要求：

1. 本科或以上学历，从事包材开发3年以上，高分子材料、包装工程或材料相关专业者优先；
2. 熟悉包装行业及包装开发流程；
3. 精通OFFICE办公软件及常用绘图软件；
4. 良好的沟通与团队合作能力。
