Responsibilities

- Take ownership and run marketing unit with clear focus on achieving revenue targets.
- Develop, maintain and continuously innovate and improve on localized Digital solutions for the China market.
- Development and execution of digital plan to drive traffic and conversion across all devices.
- Identify, assess and leverage local market opportunities to expand digital marketing activities.
- Liase with internal teams to ensure all online campaigns in local market is optimized.
- Manage and ensure optimized content on all sites while ensuring target quality scores are met.
- Management of on-site optimization, and innovation through test and learn initiatives and implementation of best practices.
- Review and report on website performance.
- Engage and manage all key stakeholders.

- Ideate and implement social media strategy to drive brand following and awareness through Weibo, WeChat & other popular platforms.

- Ideate and implement strong lead generation strategies via website, advertising, social media & content marketing.

- Manage a team of specialists in SEM & Social Media. Provide direction & Drive productivity while monitoring performance.
- Manage site budget, agencies and all local vendors related to maintenance of website and digital marketing activities.

- Present monthly & yearly performance to management.
- Lead development of new local digital technologies, both internal and working with outside partners.
- Any other projects as it relates to growing presence in market and leveraging opportunities to optimize revenue potential of the market.

Skills:

Effective communication skills
Strong marketing background with experience in building and localizing Chinese digital solutions

Experience in or understanding of the research and academic fraternity in China.

Strong experience in driving SEM, Content & Social Media for service oriented brands in the China market.

Strong knowledge in web analytics.

Strong leadership skills.
Analytical and data driven
Ability to collaborate with strong project management skills.
Can work under pressure and can multi-task.
Entrepreneurial with strong initiative.

Qualification:

BA/BS/Bachelor's Degree.

5-8 years of related experience.

3 years and above management or supervisory experience.

Can speak and write good English.
