Tasks Description

Major Responsibilities
Under direction of senior legal counsel, provide legal support for:
- Preparing, reviewing, negotiating, drafting contracts and other documents (including guidelines, templates, policies, letters of intent etc.).
- Advising internal clients on health care related issues: marketing, sales, procurement, clinical trial, HR, etc., and training on legal related areas
- Legal Dept. and cross-functional projects, overflow of legal work from other areas, as assigned.
- Be a great team player, a leader to whom business and backbone colleagues readily turn to for advice.



Requirements Description

Education, Qualifications and Skills:
1. Education/experience
- Degree from a reputable university
- At least 5 years' experience in a reputable law firm and/or the legal department of a multinational company
- Experience in healthcare industry a plus
- International experience in legal work a plus
- Experience in China

2. Technical skills
- Strong technical legal skills, both in the China context and offshore (i.e. internationally)
- Excellent spoken and written English and Chinese
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational skills, able to structure projects, follow up and implement
- Excellent analytical skills, meticulous with regard to details
- Good computer skills

3. Personal attributes
