职责描述：
协调和支持IMAG项目组完成汽车和机床展览会的相关工作。

岗位职责：
1. 为IMAG项目组在中国的项目和展览会提供支持，包括上海车展、CIMT、CCMT，工作内容包括与德国总部项目团队的日常沟通、与参展商的协调、与中国合作伙伴的联系、展览会期间的现场支持和其他相关活动。
2. 与现有及潜在的客户建立并保持良好的关系，尤其是在中国的外商投资企业;
3. 收集国内相关行业及竞争展会的信息，并向德国相关项目负责人汇报;
4. 建立和维护涉及中国工业领域的数据库;
5. 协助和协调其他项目相关事宜，包括会议、销售和市场营销等。

任职要求：
1. 本科及以上学历
2. 至少3年以上展览行业相关工作经验
3. 英文及中文听说读写熟练
4. 较强的沟通能力，责任心强，办事效率高，乐于服务
5. 熟练使用微软办公软件：Word、Excel、PPT、Outlook。
