职位描述

一、Management Responsibilities (in addition to portfolio agent sales management)

1.Assess and plan necessary training events for agent management team members and agents.

2.Ensure each team member is coached as required to achieve high performance

3.Ensure each new entry Agent Manager has a suitable induction plan and final review

4.Working with Sales Director-Promoter Management, produce and maintain ISG China agent sales process

5.To take the leading role in organizing agent events such as training, seminars and market focus days

6.Manage the review of agent performance and development to improve sales effectiveness and generate new business opportunities

7.Lead responsibility for Agent Management forecast accuracy and pipeline management

8.To develop a collaborative and motivated Agent Management team and represent the teams interests within ISG China

9.Work closely with marketing manager and regional show teams to promote both RX’s image and shows.

10.Support ISG China Country Manager in developing Agent Manager strategy and plans and supporting special projects

11.Represent Agent Management at ISG China Leadership meetings

二、Agent sales management responsibilities:

1.To develop a full understanding of the potential sales opportunities by industry sector. Gained from the studying of available internal and external research, market intelligence, media coverage, competitor shows, agent knowledge and any other available resource.

2.Collaborate with Show Teams to understand their needs and to identify the best agents available to support these needs. Where suitable agents are not available to source new agents, and directly handle key players.

3.To work with Show Teams and agents to develop quality sales and marketing plans to an agreed format for each event and suitable to deliver targeted sales

4.To facilitate the negotiation of sales agreements (SPA) between the agent and show team ensuring realistic but challenging targets with motivating commissions, incentives and marketing support.

5.To monitor the performance of all agents ensuring that activity reports and forecasts are timely, accurate and on target. Where forecasts are below target to work with agents to take remedial action and keep show teams up to date.

6.Ensure effective communication processes between show teams and agents. Where communication is not optimal implement remedial actions.

7.Collaborating with marketing team, produce market development plans to grow overall agent revenue in assigned shows. Appoint & develop agents to optimize sales coverage in territories & by industry sector

8.Collaborating with BD Manager, build strong relationships with key Government departments & trade associations to gain support for RX activity and to secure market intelligence

9.Share market knowledge and agent management expertise with show teams to help formulate show teams sales strategies and activities.

10.Review agent performance and coverage to optimize agent coverage and sales.

11.Support the implementation of best practice in Show Teams appointment, development & management of agents.

5.Are able to articulate issues in associated sectors and suggest new perspectives for the customer’s marketing approach

6.Up-sells by articulating the benefits of customers taking on greater presence within an event

7.Identify opportunities for cross-selling for colleagues on other events

8.Actively network with trade associations and other third parties
