Job Title: Director of Human Resources

    

Location: Jinqiao Pudong, Shanghai

The candidate is supposed to have experiences in the semiconductor industry. Able to work along with employing departments for human resources development and recruitment in various functional departments. Should be familiar or have the ability of establishment and implementation of Employee Incentive polices.

    

    

Job Description:

    

1. To be in charge of the recruitment according to the recruitment plan and recruitment requirements.

    

2. Develop effective and practical incentive system in driving the business.

    

3. To be responsible for the full function of HR with its related issues, including salary and benefits, tax and social security. To evaluate and analyze market data to understand the company’s pay positioning strategy in market.

    

4. To create, organize and maintain all employees profiles in an orderly and systematic manner.

    

5. To handle and work out disputes and terminations related to labor relations.

    

6. To involve in reviewing of all policies and procedures, and give suggestions relating to HR regulations, terms of employment and labor laws.

    

7. To mange the training and its follow-up.

    

8. To be responsible for the performance review.

    

9. To manage office daily and regular administrative operation, such as environmental control and maintenance, office supply and vendor management, facility maintenance and security measures, annual party etc.

    

    

    

Requirements:

    

1. Over 8 years HR experience especially at least 5 years in semiconductor industry company with recruitment and C&B;

    

2. Bachelor degree or above;

    

3. With an excellent ability reading and writing English;

    

4. Ability to work under pressure, result oriented；

    

5. Self-motivated, Hardworking, Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

    

6. Familiar with national labor law and local regulations
