Responsibilities: Sales of vacumm coating equipment domestic China

1. To build and maintain existing domestic and international customer relationships
2. Cover the whole process starting with first contacts to a customer, through technical analysis of requirements, feasibility checks, bid management to order placement
3. Collaborating across all departments (based in China and Germany) and with business partners
4. Participating trade fair shows and conferences
5. Monitor and analyze market trends
6. Derive and establish a proper sales strategy to grow respective market shares

1. Bachelor or master’s degree in Engineering or Physics or business skills with reasonable degree and appropriate prior sales experience
2. Advanced work experience in Sales of complex high-tech products with proven success, ideally in customized equipment manufacturing as well as sales experience with key accounts and medium-sized customers
3. High level of commitment, ability to work self-structured and autonomously as well as enthusiastic in dealing with customers and colleagues
4. Strong analytical and personal skills, being a team player
5. Strong negotiation and presentations skills at all levels
6. English CET 6
7. Approx. 60%+ travel time
