To support our development need in China and Asia Pacific, we are seeking for a:Support consultant (Beijing)The position:As a real interface between internal teams (development, consulting, sales) and customers, you are the guarantee of the quality of FuturMaster’s maintenance service and as such of customer satisfaction. You will interact directly with our customers, identify and solve their difficulties. This mission requires multiple competencies, both technical and functional. When complex issue occurred, you can mobilize consulting/test/development team for assistance if needed. Your position will be based in Beijing, with servicing coverage over greater China and globally.Key Roles:As a support consultant, your role consist of: quickly understand our solution and functional process of the customer/users, diagnose the problem, and find the right solution/resource to solve them (within the scope of our support contract).We offer 2 types of support service: Standard and Premium. In the case of Premium support, you will have larger scope of intervention in order to accompany our customer in their solution utilisation: training, solution evolution (configuration, create new workscreens/reportings, simple specific development…)You will also be assigned tasks as technical consultant to assist the work of consultants.Responsibilities:- Application maintenanceo Understanding and responding to customer issues and needs.o Diagnostic according to procedures and provide solutionso Liaise with consultant team and R&D team for problem escalation and follow up.o User training and coachingo Recording issues for analysis and continuous improvement of solution and serviceso Propose solution quality/functional improvement initiativeso Transfer customer needs to consulting team and development teamo Establish and maintain support procedureso Friendly and have good communication skills, Mmaintain strong relationship with customers Requirements:? Bachelor degree or above in Science/Engineering from a renowned university? Proficiency in English communication is a must? Experience in support or usage of APS/ERP software, already experienced client relationship is a plus? Overseas study or working experience will be a differentiation factor?
