具体要求:

1、本科及以上学历，丰富的现金贷行业背景，偏市场方向，擅长流量运营和外部投放

2、具有知名现金贷公司、银行信用卡部门运营管理经验，熟悉现金贷的业务模式、营运管理及风险控制。

3、具有优秀的统筹、规划、商务谈判、组织能力，很强的执行力、沟通能力和开放心态。

岗位要求：

1、负责现金贷业务的经营策略和发展计划，并负责组织实施，实现业绩目标。

2、负责公司现金贷产品的总体运营工作，针对现金贷产品自身特点以及本公司产品的资源优势定制现金贷产品，组织需求分析、产品梳理和整合、流程设计、产品上线推广与更新等。

3、负责公司现金贷的品牌定位、媒体宣传、市场推广、渠道建设及客户服务的整体策略、计划的制定与实施。

4、组织产品运营数据分析和市场状况分析，根据分析结果指导运营策略制定和实施。
