作为旗舰店经理你需要：

负责零售店铺的日常运作、人员管理、货品调配、店铺陈列等工作

- 作为旗舰店，分分秒秒都要注意维系品牌形象

- 组织好玩的社区Events, 部门间多多沟通协作

- 领导、培养并激励你的团队，积极和愉快的氛围更适合工作

- 谨记要以为顾客提供更好的服务为目标

- 执行、跟进并尽全力达成店铺营业目标

- 帮助营运主管及公司负责和商场交流沟通　

- 冷静应对店铺日常可能的突发事件

 

我们希望你：

- 具有品牌服饰或大型零售企业三年以上独立管理工作经验

- 经验满满，参与或者组织过品牌活动

-  28-35岁，形象好，气质佳，谈吐举止大方得体

- 工作认真负责，具备人员管理经验及优秀的沟通能力

- 能够吃苦耐劳，有团队精神，能与团队共进退

- 具备一定的英语运用能力（口语，书面）

Amersports is seeking a Flagship Store Manager（Home of ARCTERYX in Beijing） with strong leadership and communication skills, a strong work ethic, expertise in community activities and team building are also needed.

As Our Flagship Store Manager You Need

·         Manage in daily store operations, store manpower management, logistics and stock management, store visual merchandising, etc.

·         As the flagship store, every second counts to maintain the brand image!

·         Organize attractive and fun store's community activities and events, communicate and collaborate with each department.

·         Lead, nurture and motivate the team. A pleasant and enjoyable atmosphere is better for work.

·         Remember to aim for better customer service

·         Implement, follow up and do our best to achieve store business objectives

·         Assist the Operation Supervisor and corporate in communication with shopping mall

·         Calmly deal with the unexpected and emergency incidents

Our “Desirables”

·         Minimum of 3 years of independent store management experience in sports, high-end fashion, luxury industry or in similar capacity.

·         Experience in brand activity participation or organization is preferred.

·         28-35 years old, good appearance, good temperament, decent speech and manners

·         Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills

·         Hardworking and team-oriented

·         Basic command of English in both oral and written is preferred
