岗位职责：

1.    负责公司前台接待及电话接转；

2.    公司来访人员的接待和安排；

3.    负责收发信件、快递等并做好相关记录；

4.    负责办公用品的采购、发放及保管；

5.    受理会议室预约，支持公司各部门的会议及培训；

6.    负责酒店、公司用车的预定；

7.    负责与物业、保洁、绿植、邮政等公司联系，及时处理相关问题；

8.    完成上级安排的其它工作。

  

岗位要求： 

1. 熟悉电脑操作，能够熟练使用Word、Excel等办公软件及各种办公自动化设备；

2. 具有良好的沟通能力、协调能力，及较强的保密意识；

3. 做事细心负责，服务意识强，能灵活变通的处理问题，积极主动；

4. 英语良好，具备基本的听说读写。
