Key responsibilities:

• 负责泰克服务方案事业部（SSO）下多品牌多个产品线的产品维修及校准工作。
• 协助部门经理对维修团队和日常事务进行管理。
• 维修用器件的申请以及现场器件的管理。
• 负责所属标准设备的日常维护保养工作。
• 沟通客户，跟踪服务中仪器的状况；及时了解接收客户反馈信息，处理与解决客户提出的问题与投诉。
• 客户现场环境检测，为客户仪表或者操作提供意见信息或建议。
• 为客户提供仪表维护与保养方面的培训。

• Repair and calibration work for SSO China service covered product.
• Support and assist team leader to manage service team, including while not limited 5S, SOP/WI update,work reassignment.
• Parts for repair application and non-key part management
• Repair/calibration instrument/tools maintenance.
• Communicate with customer to better understand customer’s instrument failure reason, follow up the instrument status after shipment, to allay customer complain via technical communication.
• To help check customer’s instrument usage environment,provide suggestion/instruction/training to customers about instrument usage.

Job requirements:

• 电子工程/自动化/仪器仪表等相关专业本科及以上学历
• 5年以上电子仪器行业维修计量工作和团队管理相关经验；
• 可以读懂中英文电路图，具备电子电路分析能力，具备电路板器件级维修能力；
• 具备扎实的测量仪器技术知识，丰富的测量仪器维修经验，良好的动手操作能力；
• 学习能力强，特别是英语资料学习能力较强，可以胜任独立工作，自主学习；
• 具备组织编写完善的SOP的能力和经验；
• 具备较强的现场管理能力，包括并不限于5S，VM等的经验；
• 良好的中英文沟通及团队合作能力，工作主动性责任心强；
• 具备计算机常用软件使用能力。

• Bachelor degree or above relative electronic/automation/instrument.
• 5 years above relevant experience.
• Ability of understand and analysis electrical/electronic diagram, ability of repair instrument on element level.
• Hands on ability of instrument repair/calibration.
• Strong ability of self-learning/on job learning, ability of English documents reading, ability of work independent.
• Experience in SOP/WI writing and training.
• Knowledge and experience in team management is preferred, well understand 5S, LEAN, Visual Management.
• Willing of team cooperation,ability of communication both in Chinese and English, strong "Can do" attitude.
• Experienced in computer usage, ability of program of instrument is preferred.
