合理制定电商渠道（京东自营）的生意计划，通过合理有效的管理把控经销商和渠道的合作关系，并且完成销售任务。

主要工作目标： 

?         负责制定渠道年度/月度销售计划以及合同条款谈判；

?        负责维护和管理与京东渠道、与经销商关系；

?        负责新渠道的拓展、经销商的开发及维护；

?        协助营销负责人整合及落地MKT/Trade MKT的广告资源；

?        对电商渠道share增长、零售生意及用户的增长负责；

?        负责管理和优化自营店铺TP运营团队，时刻保持和渠道的高效配合；

关键指标：

季度销售指标、活动落地执行、管理及稳定渠道价盘

职位要求： 

1：大学本科及以上学历； 

2：5年以上渠道销售工作经验;，有京东渠道销售经验优先； 

3：执行能力强，工作积极自律

4:  出色的团队工作经历，良好的协调沟通技巧；
