职位描述
工作职责：
？ 负责店面的管理工作，保证店面人员安排与业绩目标的完成；
？ 对店面员工管理，培训及评估；
？ 确保完全了解并严格遵守店铺所有安全程序
？ 始终贯彻坚持PANDORA服务之道
？ 确保妥善保管店铺营业账款
？ 确保不断学习了解产品知识，包括目标客群、产品系列和销售指标
？ 维护及推广公司的品牌形象。
任职要求：
？ 大专及以上学历
？ 年龄25- 40岁，身高1.60米以上；
？ 具有销售及管理经验担任店长3年以上，具有珠宝行业经验尤佳，
？ 能吃苦耐劳，有创业精神；有较强的营销能力，业绩突出；
？ 有较强的领导能力，性格活跃，有工作热情，服务意识强；
