1. 根据每年调整的公司业绩的长期预测（“长期计划”）发展并执行战略运营规划和目标。

2. 追踪用户的草种总用量和所用正道公司草种数量，追踪草种销售活动的衡量及成功标准，包括投资回报率。

3. 分析当前草坪、牧草、花种及政府项目市场趋势。

4. 追踪日常销售表现，确保应收账款逐月减少。

5. 对区域运营及销售进行管理，并作为月度考核流程的一部分。

6. 主动地审核、分析并解决在服务的优越性、政策和/或程序中存在的缺陷；指出问题并实施解决方案。

7. 执行并遵守公司要求的在公司内执行的合规项目以及大区的销售政策和程序。

8. 完成公司领导交办的其他事宜。

   Beijing Rytway Seed Co., Ltd.
