工作职责Job Description

1.负责市场调研，并出具航线开拓计划，分析航线着重点，目标，做货量预估;

2.协助操作及采购锁定航空公司及船公司并对相应端口设定运价策略，并提供对应的市场资讯;
3.协助业务经理及销售代表制定航线销售管道;

4.向各站转递国外提供的销售机会并跟进反馈情况;

5.安排拜访客人或给予业务发展部门同事必要的航线支持。 监督进度，报告，及提出改进计划;

6.针对VIP客户协助KA经理制定航线定价策略;

7.作为与国外航线沟通的桥梁，针对特定客人制定SOP以保证操作的流畅性及客户的满意度;

Responsible for marketing research & business planning on relevant trade line, setup trade line development focus and objective, volume/ton budgeting;

Co-work with operations /procurement in respective countries to setup air/ocean carrier & pricing strategies by port pairs, provide and disseminate market intelligence for responsible trade line;

As Primary trade sales contact in China to co-work with all BDs in respective countries (including China) to come out sales pipeline on responsible trade line;

Disseminate overseas sales leads to stations in China and follow up feed-backs;

Organize and/or support sales calls with BD associates, monitoring of activities, progress and reporting, recommending improvements plan;

Support pricing/bidding scheme review for strategic account with KAM/GAM on responsible trade line;

As a bridge of country to country for responsible trade line, define SOP for customers and fine tune operation process in between and ensure customer satisfaction.

能力要求Job Requirement

1.精通欧洲航线，特别是熟悉英国、西班牙、意大利和斯堪的纳维亚地区的代理网络。有非洲和中东地区工作经验或网络资源者优先。

2.对主管航线市场动态（航线变化，运价，国家相关政策等.）反应敏感并及时通知内部调整
3.具备较强的产品服务意识和产品实操能力。

4.有空运和冷链/食品市场经验者优先，有本地及跨国公司工作经验者优先。

5.具备良好的沟通能力，性格好。英语听说读写能力好。

6.良好的组织能力和团队协作意识。

7.较好的数据统计及总结能力。
With good working experience for Europe Trade Lane, specialism in agent network in UK, ES, IT and Scandinavia. Preferred if also with working experience or network resources for N. Africa and Mid-East.

Be up to date with relevant trade line's market, such as shipping routes, rates, export/import policy and then adjust internal OP.

Strong capability in building service products, and implementation for new product launch.

Preferred good experience in airfreight market and cold-chain/food market.Working experience in both local and global company is preferable

Good communication skill and cando personality. Good command of English writing and speaking.

Strong sense of team spirit, responsibility and service.

Good data statistics and summary ability
