职位描述

 

Position Statement

The Sales Administrator provides coordination and administrative support to the Sales Group team.

The Sales Administrator is also required to provide the highest standard of service and care to customers in the co-ordination of their relocation, ensuring their positive perception of the company and its services.

      

Administration

  • Prepare in house marketing collateral for each client visit

  • Maintain the internal database (Interact) with accurate and up to date client information

  • Assist with the preparation and distribution of monthly/quarterly reports

  • Attend, participate in, and take minutes during sales team meetings

  • Adhere to the prescribed sales strategies as directed

  • Prepare inter-branch invoicing in liaision with Manager / Operations.

  • Provide assistance in all administration matters as and when required.

  • Prepare all necessary documentation, liaising with the customer to ensure the appropriate information is received on a timely basis and to avoid delays.

  • Provide assistance in all administration matters as and when required.

 

 Customer Service

  • Act as a back up to the sales team by answering calls when others in the team are not available.

  • Maintain consistent and superior levels of communication with each customer to ensure a seamless change of responsibility from the consultant.

  • Identify service issues or potential service issues and immediately effect issue resolution protocols (on behalf of the client) with Crown.

  • Reduce the opportunity for service defects by diarizing all customer contact points and liaising with operations to honour all commitments made.

  • Ensure each customer’s insurance and risk profile is clearly defined and understood prior to the commencement of a removal service.

  • Ensure each customer has returned all signed documentation relevant to their service/s prior to the service provision.                                     

  • Support the company CSR commitment and goals.

  • Adhoc duties as assigned by the Manager

  • Demonstrate and promote the company vision and values

  • Ability to set priorities, manage your time and workload and dependably meet strict deadlines

  • Ensure tasks are completed within timelines to a high degree of accuracy and professionalism

  • Confident, professional attitude and a willingness to support stakeholders in effectively doing their job

  • Solution oriented approach to problem solving and decision making

Professional Knowledge and Skills

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build collaborative relationships with multiple and diverse stakeholders

  • Well-developed administration and organisation skills with strong attention to detail

  • Proficient computer skills with experience using Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Publisher or equivalent

  • Commitment to customer service and continuous improvement

  • Strong communication and presentation skills

  • Cultural sensitivity and awareness           

  • A quick brain to work with high volums

  • Be able to work efficiently under pressure

Qualifications

  • Secondary education certificate,  or equivalent (preferred)
