• To submit the requisition request in R12, new vendor setup, to follow up the process and vendor payment.
• To divide courier monthly occurred cost by department per Finance request – SF, FedEx, EMS
• Compile and check facilities supplies including stationeries and pantry supplies are in order.
• To submit new hire photo ID badge request in Service Now and email request to Global Security team. To support Global Security team as local contact person to liaise with 3rd party vendor, issuance of temp badges, replacement or deactivation of badge etc.
• monitor and maintain general cleanliness and housekeeping of Beijing office
• To oversee building repair and maintenance request for Beijing office; to check and ensure the submission of Service Now ticket for all Facilities related matters and ensure request are attended to.
• To assist Facilities Coordinator with seating allocation update in Centerstone on timely manner to ensure accuracy of headcount report; To implement the nameplate update on workstation on time
• Reception front desk work
• All ad hoc work that are delegated from direct manager
