Mission 岗位目标：

§  Ensure efficient supply chain of local and import sourcing of Spare Parts from definition of needs to delivery to dealers.

§  牵头确定进口及国产备件的供应链和备货规则，来满足经销商的销售需求

§  Ensure an optimal logistics service for spare parts distribution of Eurorepar or EQT, in order to participate to the best profitability of ERP China spare parts business and to the customer satisfaction.

牵头优化EUROREPAR以及品牌件产品的配送方案，来确保EUROREPAR中国的业务盈利以及客户的满足率。

Major Responsibilities 岗位职责：

§  Responsible for the entire logistics process: procurement (local and imported), storage， distribution in P.R.China and customer management in order to reach the economical, service quality and safety target.

§  负责整个供应链体系的流程：采购、仓储、以及中国大陆的运输和客户管理以确保经济性、服务质量和安全标准。管理、设定KPI来确保整个流程的合理性。

§  Apply standards, methods and operating modes defined with JV.

§  与合资公司一起起草、统一相应的供应链规范。

§  Define and manage the logistics mid & Long-term plan, budget on financial aspect and key performance indicators.

§  定义供应链体系的中长期规划，根据财务预算和KPI的设定。

§  Supervise and monitor the operation of the logistics process especially hubs, where an optimal service to network, and consequently to final customers, must be combined with market requirements and recourses needs.

§  跟踪及监控供应链流程，尤其是快配站的运营，提出合理的快配站位置，经营策略以及供应链方案来确保满足市场需求以及合理的资源开支。

§  Permanently look for improvement of the logistics process in terms of service operation and safety.

§  持续改善供应链流程，来提高服务效率和安全性

§  Assist purchasing department to establish contracts with suppliers in order to ensure efficient supply of local spare parts.

§  协助采购部门来完善与供应商的采购合同，来确保供应链的完整。

§  Ensure the financial control of operation in relation with finance department.

§  从财务方面控制各项投入的经济性及回报率

§  Is responsible for the optimum management of the spare parts stock and the inventory level.

§  对各级仓储库存以及周转率负责。

Required knowledge 职位需求：

§  Supply chain background; understand inventory management, distribution and turnover ratio.

§  供应链相关知识储备，了解库存管理、配送流程、及周转率等相关标准。

§  Familiar with auto parts, understand the process of service and distribution to garage. 

§  熟悉汽车售后行业，对修理厂终端配送的服务及需求有相关经验。

§  Tire industry experience is preferred.

§  有轮胎行业经验更佳。

§  English speaker is preferred

§ 掌握英语更佳。
