【管培生岗位】：客户发展经理 ADM （0年）

Full Time Employment, Location: CBD Beijing

【岗位职责Responsibilities】：

1. 客户信息收集，从Cold Call到客户成功约见工作。

2. 结合部门主管的指导建议有效的完成客户需求获取及Follow up的工作。

3. 结合售前团队的支持完成需求收集，需求分析，并向客户推荐适合的产品及解决方案。

3. 按要求完成考核，最终达成销售KPI及个人职业发展目标；

5. 定期参加公司培训，实现快速成长。

【岗位要求 Skills & Qualification】：

1. 热爱销售，自驱力强，渴望成功；

2. 热爱生活，勤奋、好学、执着、目标感强、做事用心、乐于沟通；

3. 有较强的团队合作意识，具备开放性思维，能以团队目标为先。

4. 本科学历；·

5. 具备英文基础，英文可以读/写。
