Responsibilities

A. HR Part

- Assist for the recruitment administrative, such as job posting on 51job, CV screening, vacancy refreshing on 51job and so on;

- Support for interview arrangement and coordination;

- Manage the interview record, position tracking list, and talent pool maintenance;

- Assist in HR operation process of on-boarding, transfer, termination etc;

- Assist to participate in any related ad hoc project;

B. Admin Part

- Undertake general reception tasks;

- Traveling arrangements;

- Procurement such as stationeries, office supplies, and other daily necessities;

- Assist in internal accounting and finance processes and procedures;

- Other duties assigned by Line Manager;

Requirements

- Bachelor degree or above;

-1-2 years' recruiting experience in multinational companie, experience in talent search firm is a plus;

- Good written and spoken English skill;

- Efficient, communicate effectively, diligent, hard working,detail oriented;

- Can work under pressure;
