PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

1. Understand the industrial gases market and major customers in Suzhou and surrounding areas.

2. Execute the disruptive business model to convert LIN customers to small on-site aggressively.

3. Build value-based relation with customers and hold them long with small on-site business.

4. Increase AP market share in Suzhou and surrounding areas.

5. Other works and projects assigned by supervisors or the company.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

1. Education

A. Bachelor’s degree or equal level education.

B. Engineering, science, business discipline preferred.

2. Work Experience

A. At least 3 years’ project or complicated equipment oriented sales experience.

B. The knowledge of industrial gases is a plus.

C. The successful experience to manage a new business is a plus.

3. Skills

A. Sales, commercial, and negotiation skills.

B. Strong communications skills, including written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin) and listening and presentation abilities.

C. Familiar with Microsoft Outlook and business writing.

4. Qualities

A. Strong result-oriented leader with a bias for action and ability of taking risk.

B. Well-developed influencing skills. Ability to get along well with diverse personalities. Concise, strong, mature, and flexible.

C. Integrity – act with integrity and in accordance with company ethics. Ability to confront behavior not consistent with company values. Honors commitments.

D. Problem solving and decision-making skills – decisions that reflect thorough evaluation of needs, goals, facts, etc.

E. Valid driving license. Company will afford sales car for the job holder.
