工作职责:

1、 负责总经理的日程安排、集团及下属医疗机构内日常内务管理，保证业务高效运作

2、 协助总经理实施集团下属医疗机构年度经营计划，并跟进工作目标的分解与执行

3、 参与各部门、各项目的组织及实施，汇总整理集团下属医疗机构月度工作总结及报表分析

4、 协助总经理与外部相关单位或部门进行商务或项目洽谈与合作等工作

5、 协助总经理建立良好的内部沟通机制，确保各类信息的传递、跟进、反馈及时有效

6、 负责总经理文件接收与转达，撰写有关报告、文件、会议纪要等

7、 总经理交办的其他事项。

任职资格:

全日制本科及以上学历，医学、药学、心理学、工商管理、行政管理等专业；

二年以上医疗、心理机构运营经验，或集团公司高管助理工作经验；

普通话流利，具备英文沟通能力优先；

熟练使用各项OFFICE办公软件。

综合能力要求：

擅于与人沟通交流，有较强的理解能力和协调能力；

具有全局观及前瞻意识，善于总结、规划，做事清晰有条理；

有较强的文字撰写能力，具备较强的计划与执行能力。
