Main Responsibilities:

  

• Check Fapiao compliance for personal expenses reimbursements

• Responsible for treasury related work, such as prepare & submit required documents to the banks, and so on

• Assist finance manager on NSO project, including prepare required bank opening documents; apply for payment terminals for new stores

• Responsible for check stores paid-in & paid-out reports and payment Fapiao, and reconcile with store petty cash balances

• Assist AP accountant manage input VAT information

Requirements:

  

• Bachelor degree with 1 or 2 years relevant work experience in a sizeable retail company

• Good communication and organizational skills

• Be proactive and comfortable working with both local and remote team members

• be able to develop and maintain a network of contacts, both inside and outside the organization, with people who can supply information, assistance and support for worked related goals
