This position is based in Dong Guan Humen Port.

POSITION SUMMARY

1. Support FedEx Logistics distribution services operations and act as a bridge among vendors/factories, customer and company.

2. Ensure service excellence always being provided to FedEx Logistics customer(s) and service provider's performance are always in compliance of agreed FedEx Logistics standard & requirement (SOP) and customers' requirement (SOP).

3. Coordinate with service provider operations team and customs team when needed to ensure daily operations include but not limited to receiving, tallying, putaway, order processing, cargo picking, packing, and shipping activities are in line with standard and agreed requirement and meet customer's KPI performance requirement.

4. Stay at Dongguan Warehouse or potentially to be assigned to other warehouses to support daily operations and monitor 2PL's performance on regular basis.

5. Support Value-Added Services team, particularly tasks assigned by management, operations manager and/or Immediate Team Lead on ad-hoc project and tasks as required.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Handle daily operations of assigned accounts; ensure 100% compliance of SOP requirement on operations.

2. Compile regular reports and KPI reports as well as prepare monthly statement of assigned account as per requested (can be from Excel spreadsheet or warehouse management system or customer(s)’ ERP system)

3. As per request by immediate supervisor, assist issuance and preparation of invoice and submit to immediate supervisor / manager for approval before sending out to customer.

4. Coordinate well with service provider(s) to ensure operations is performed in line with FedEx Logistics requirement

5. Coordinate with vendors / factories to collect necessary documentations for customs clearance and declaration into or out of FedEx Logistics warehouse.

6. Handle and monitor daily email communication among factories / vendors, customers, and warehouse service provider(s) when needed.

7. Act as a quality check point key person to monitor 4-walls operations performed by service provider are in line with SOP requirement.

8. Other tasks assigned by supervisor, operations manager or senior management.

REQUIREMENTS

1. College or above.

2. Above 5 years relative working experience in logistics industry.

3. At least 3 years working experience in warehouse and distribution center of China or related area is preferable.

4. Proficiency in English and Chinese (Good), both written and spoken.

5. Knowledge of MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

6. Customs Service Skill and Competency is an Asset

7. Good communication and problem solving skill.

8. Can work on assigned task independently with minimal support or supervision

9. Can be work under pressure and willing to work overtime

10.Time management skills.

11. Honest, positive working attitude.
