大区销售经理助理岗位职责
1、 积极配合大区销售经理，根据公司的销售战略，拟定营销计划。
2、 协助大区销售经理做好所辖区域内的销售管理，确保销售稳定以及销售计划的有效实施。
3、 主动了解并掌握市场动态，提供市场趋势、需求变化、竞争对手以及客户反馈的信息。
4、 协助制定大区销售管理制度，贯彻执行营销政策。
5、 协助大区销售经理做好销售统计、分析、汇总、预测以及其他文档事项。
6、 负责受理客户的投诉，并妥善通过相关渠道，合理及时的解决问题。
7、 定期走访所辖区域的客户，加强沟通，密切关系。
8、 在公司的统一管理下，积极参与开发新的区域与客户。
9、 认真做好上级布置的其他工作。

大区销售经理助理任职资格与要求
1、 身体健康，能适应出差工作。
2、 具备良好的从事市场工作的职业素质
3、仪表大方，善于观察、善于沟通，勤于分析，踏实刻苦，勤奋努力，终于职守，心理素质好，承受力强。
4、 大专及以上学历（有市场工作经历的优先，熟悉无损检测或接触过工业制造的优先）。
5、 英语4级（有良好的阅读与书写能力，一般的会话能力）。
