岗位职责
1、协助人力资源经理组织制定公司各部门年度人员需求计划，人事部门费用预算及员工职业生涯规划等战略，并实时更新调整；
2、协助人力资源经理更新公司组织架构和人员岗位异动调整等；
3、根据人事人员预算实施招聘计划，跟踪招聘计划进度，并年中组织一次计划的调整修订工作；
4、完成巨星总部、分公司人事月度各项报表分析，保证数据准确及时；
5、负责协助人事经理制定和实施公司绩效考核相关制度；
6、负责审核总公司员工及分公司员工薪酬以及审核相关薪酬福利制度；
7、公司员工关系的建立和维护；
8、完成领导交付的其他任务

任职资格
1、人力资源相关专业本科毕业，从事人力资源三年以上；
2、熟悉员工入职、离职、社会保险；
3、熟练操作计算机，熟练使用各种办公软件；
4、熟悉各类招聘渠道及招聘流程，掌握较好的面试技巧；
5、具备较好的表达、沟通、组织、协调能力和时间管理能力及亲和力；
6、具备良好的学习能力。
7、英文听说读写良好，英语六级以上者优先
