岗位职责:

1、协助完善公司培训体系，培训流程的梳理及实施；

2、年度计划的拟定及组织；

3、培训课程、项目的开展及实施、多种学习方式的推行；

4、培训效果的考核及评估；

5、协助进行员工满意度调查、分析，并提出改进计划；

6、组织、策划团队建设活动，提倡公司文化；

7、推动或参加其它培训项目，如管理培训生项目，继任者计划等；

8、员工关系的沟通。

任职资格 ：

1、人力资源管理、英语或相关专业，本科以上学历；

2、二年以上人力资源或培训管理工作经验；

3、英语精通读写，有英语六级证书者优先；

4、熟练掌握企业培训需求调查技术和方法，有年度培训计划制订经验，具备较丰富的培训活动策划、实施、监控经验，掌握培训效果评估方法；

5、工作态度积极，责任心强，认真、细致,有较强的亲和力，良好的人际关系处理能力、书面及语言表达能力和沟通能力；

6、熟练操作相关办公软件。
