岗位职责：

1. 主要负责国外指定客户的订单统筹管理， 按客人的对各订单完货时间要求，及时与各供应商确认出货时间，并监督客服与操作及时准确地安排订仓出运。

2. 及时有效地了解各船公司舱位情况，及时与总部航线主管沟通，按客人的要求安排优先出运或延后出运。

3. 与大客户的供应商，保持及时良好的沟通。必要时安排拜访，联络感情。

4. 整理文件及周报表给国外同事，及时反映各订单出货情况。

5. 配合财务部的工作需要，处理所有费用明细的计费，并协助处理好应收应付的款项。

岗位要求：

1、至少3年以上国际海运/空运操作客服工作经验，熟悉海空运操作所有的工作流程，熟悉美线市场操作优先。

2、聪明踏实，正直诚实，认真细致，较好的人际交沟通能力，及良好的服务意识，上进心强。忠诚感强。

3、英语良好，能用口语及EMAIL 与国外同事及供应商外籍物流主管沟通与接待。英语口语流利

4、希望与企业同发展的人才优先考虑.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

1. Be responsible for key account’s PO management, instruct CS/OPERATION staff to arrange timely booking for the order according to KA customer’s orders wanted timetable. Familiar with ocean/air export operation, especially for USA operation, including booking, trucking,customs, issue B/L and other documents needed.

2. be aware of space allocation of our contract shipping line, report timely to HQ Ocean Freight Manager for space problem. To arrange prior space to those orders urgently needed by KA customer and postpone those orders needed later according to KA’s requirement.

3. Keep good relationship and communication with all the vendors. Call at them if necessary.

4. collecting all documents for every shipment and sum up a weekly report to oversea colleague, to give our KA customer a visable and timely notice of every movement.

5. Work with financial dept to confirm all charges with vendors and monitor CS/OPERATION to issue invoice, D/N timely and ensure timely payment

Position Requirement

1. At least 3 years experience in ocean/air export operation, familiar with ocean/air export operation process, especially for USA line.

2. Smart, quick mind, careful, good interpersonal skill, detailed oriented, close follow-up

3. Good English, can speak , write and read English email to coordinate with overseas agents and foreign logistics manager. fluent English speaking

4. Strong sense of loyalty, willing to improve with the company.
