职位描述
岗位职责：（主管人事招聘培训及员工关系）
1、组织各部门制定及完善公司的培训体系，并负责实施监督；
2、负责收集招聘和培训需求，结合公司实际情况，制定培训计划，并根据实际情况决定采用何种招聘方式实施；
3、负责公司企业文化的构建和宣传，包括企业季刊的维护，各种活动的组织和开展；
4、负责中高层管理人员的招聘工作。
任职要求：
1、本科及以上学历，大中型企业人力资源管理相关工作经验三年以上；
2、良好的沟通协调能力，及高度的整合力判断力。
