职位描述：
新产品批量试制过程中，制定标准的生产作业流程，并协助制造部门实施标准作业流程；通过对生产制程分析，发现制程中不合理的流程和动作，进行重新设计和优化，以提高生产效率，并制定出相应的标准生产作业流程；持续改进和优化标准生产作业流程。
1、新产品首次批量生产时，设计新产品的标准生产作业流程；
2、分析测算新产品工时定额；
3、参与编制新产品生产工艺文件和生产作业指导书；
4、参与新品试制过程的工艺合理性评估并提供样品修改意见；
5、改进和优化现有产品的生产作业流程；
6、编制现有产品的标准生产作业流程；
7、分析测算现有产品工时定额，参与修改现有产品的工时定额；
8、参与编制现有产品生产工艺文件和生产作业指导书。
职位要求：
1、IE工业工程大专及以上学历
2、两年及以上相关工作经历
3、熟练运用AUTOCAD和OFFICE办公软件，有良好的协调沟通能力。
