职位描述
主要职责：
1．全面管理诊所日常财务会计工作；
2．指导制定诊所财务管理政策及工作程序，审查经济合同的制定与执行；
3．管理现金流量，管理贷款、货币兑换及监督信用部，负责管理会计事务、出纳、收人核算业务等；
4．在诊所经营活动中控制成本、定价和现金流量，并控制财务预算支出；
5．建立会计系统，进行内部控制，定期检查财务工作；
6．监督编制预算表、现金流量报告；
7．提议薪金工资率的增减及财务部人员的编制；
8．负责与各个部门进行业务沟通；
9．制定每个岗位的工作职责、工作程序，建立各种物资、资金管理制度；
10．审批财务收支，审阅财务专题报告和会计报表，对重大的财务收支计划、经济合同进行会签；
11．对所属员工进行培训，不断提高员工的业务能力和综合素质。
工作经验及要求：
1. 5年以上工作经历
2. 有管理经历
3. 有海外工作经历者优先
4. 有医疗机构工作经历者优先
