岗位职责：

1．负责计算机硬件及辅助设备的选型、安装、调试和维修维护；

2．负责计算机软件基础系统（操作系统，常用办公软件和杀毒软件）安装维护；

3．负责IP申请、变更、开通、缴费等网络业务；网络维护；解答关于网络方面的疑问并给出方法建议；

4．负责消防安全，定期维护消防设施和器材；定期检查消防隐患并消除；

5．负责传真、彩打、扫描服务的指导和运行；

6．负责专用设备的借出和还回；

7．熟悉多媒体教学系统的使用方法和注意事项，掌握设备间的连接，能排除简单故障，进行简单维修；

8．配合教务部门做好多媒体教室的开关及课前准备工作；

9．领导交办的其它工作。

岗位要求：

1．本科及以上学历，具备一定的英文沟通能力和较强的计算机操作能力；

2．身心健康，具备一定抗压能力；

3．责任心强，踏实肯干，作风严谨，有较强的服务意识和团队合作精神，具备良好的敬业精神和职业道德；

4．遵守考勤时间和操作规程，不违章操作，礼貌待人，善于与老师学生沟通，具有良好职业形象；

5．一年以上正规教育单位相关工作经验。

Welcome to the School of Economics and Management (SEM) at Beihang University.
