Reporting to the Group Consolidation and Reporting Manager, the position is primarily responsible for running truly and fairly the accounting tasks of the Company and to carry out diligently all financial transactions.

Key Duties and

Responsibilities: The primary accountabilities include:

Finance & Accounting

• Maintain bookkeeping for our Hong Kong entity, in charge of AR-AP-Bank-Payroll transactions (general and analytical accounting)
• Prepare monthly P&L reports and quarterly Balance Sheet reports
• Prepare monthly invoices to clients
• Prepare monthly Debit Note to other entities of the Group
• Review Individual expenses claims before submitting to payment
• Liaise with external auditors during audit period
• Assist in annual budget process
• Any other or duty assigned by Management.

Key Skills and

Competencies: The ideal candidate should possess:

-Good accounting background, 2 to 3 years experience in a similar position
