Job Description：

1.To define the project requirements &scope, deliverables and objectives, to make scope management plan

2.To define overall schedule baseline and manage the resources to complete the project/phase on schedule, includes purchase, inventory, delivery, payment, billing, sales turnover, closure.

3.To make cost plan/baseline, cash flow, and submit monthly cost updates and project report.

4.To make QA plan and ensure all the project activities comply with QA procedures and standards.

5.To support procurement team to negotiate with sub-vendor to lower the project cost.

6.To make procurement plan, check the spec. inquiry, PR issue, communication and inventory monitoring etc.

7.To identify project risks and work out the countermeasures with Risk Management Committee.

8.To define the change management procedure and management changes well.

9.To support engineering team/ doc controller to manage project documentation well.

10.To coordinate among customer/EPC/DI/vendors/Yokogawa, and manage customers' expectation well.

11.To support sales on/before bidding phase, technical or project management/execution area.

Job Qualifications：

-Bachelor Degree/equivalent or above

-Major in Industry Auto., Process Auto. &Inst., Computer, Mechanical Auto. Etc.

-At least 3 years project management experience in IA area.

-Communication Skill, Project Management methodology &Strategy. PMP Credential, familiar with Project/Program Management

-English or Japanese, MS-Office, some financial knowledge and some oversea business knowledge.

   产品介绍：

   日本横河centum系列dcs(distributed control system)，如：centumvp，cs3000，cs1000等。

   安全控制系统prosafe-rs，网络型控制器stardom

   日本横河现场仪表，变送器（压力变送器，差压变送器或是温度变送器），流量计，分析仪表，转换器，气相色谱仪及传感器。

   盘装表（单回路可编程调节器，显示表，记录仪等）

   紧急停车装置(emergency shutdown system)

   转售产品，例如：控制阀，不间断电源系统ups，plc等
