职位描述
Position: Facility & Administrative Supervisor
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Facility & Equipment PPM program management
2. Work with JLL/Line manager to set up IFM working flow, SOP etc. to smooth the daily operation and project support, and improve the team working efficiency
3. Work with JLL for IFM monthly tracking and status report
4. Responsible for MEP/HVAC/Plumbing, etc. all hard service related maintenance, fixation, with tracked result
5. Quick response for Office daily maintenance operation and track the result with efficiency
6. Incident Responsible: for emergency incident (7*24 hours), activate the vendors for fixation and follow the incident posting within efficient timeline to solve the problem
7. Office cleaning & environment monitoring, janitorial service management, etc.
8. Contract/Quotation filing, support line manager for all FM agreements management
9. Take care of all contract/payment submission via system, and follow the completion
10. Facility inventory management, monitor and work together with JLL onsite FM for inventory in/out and balance report, ensure all spare parts in good balance and efficiency usage
11. Oversea the Fixed Assets key-in, maintenance, disposal, compliance with company policy
12. Support line manager for company travel strategy development program, track the travel data on quarterly base
13. Responsible for monthly financial raw data collection/consolidation, ensure the data accuracy
14. Support department Budget/R1/R2 preparation
- Support line manager cover future regional office set up
16. Close work cross functionally, for Admin related affairs, ensure the high standard hospitality service to internal users
17. Close communication with BMO to facilitate the office activities
18. Ad-hoc assignment by line manager
Qualifications:
1. Above College degree in facility management (preferred) /engineering/administration management Working language Mandarin / English
2. 6+ years working experiences and at least 3 years FM/Engineering related working experiences at MNC
3. Skilled with MS Office Software
4. Proactive, Hard-working, Self-driven, Service-oriented
5. Good communication and coordination skills
6. Strong sense of Ownership, Responsible, Detailed, Dedication, Cautious
7. Good time management, can work under pressure with multi-tasks
