Strategic corporate finance considerations

    

优化公司金融方面的安排

• Provide precise and understandable analysis / explanation on valuation, capital structure, allocation of capital, WACC, leases and cost of capital

        

对估值、资本结构、资本配置、WACC、租赁、资本成本等进行准确易懂的分析/解释

• Compare and explain different options, support senior management in decision making concerning corporate finance

        

分析、对比公司金融方面的不同解决方案，协助管理层进行决策

    

    

Expected Result预期成果

• Deliver quantitative analysis reports about capital market activities to senior management, shareholders, investors

        

向高级管理层、股东和投资者提供有关资本市场活动的定量分析报告。

• In terms of technical issues regarding to capital market, assist senior management, shareholders to achieve most beneficial result in negotiation

        

在有关资本市场的技术问题上，协助公司管理层、股东在谈判中取得最有利的结果

2. Develop and maintain financial models, check lists and KPIs for M&A projects

• Complete financial model evaluation, check and analysis financial data of target projects / companies quickly and accurately

        

快速准确地完成目标项目/公司的财务模型评估, 检查和分析目标项目/公司的财务数据

• Standard financial models, check lists and KPIs for M&A projects
