职位描述

Role Purpose :
1. Deliver recruitment service to the responsible BU in an efficient and effective way to meet business and organization development needs;
2.Ensure all the recruitment related policy, process, procedure and program to be implemented and complied in the responsible BU;
3.Provide professional advice and coaching to line managers on recruitment related knowledge, skill and best practice;

Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities :
1. Drive the standardization and simplification of recruitment process and procedure across and within the BUs;
2. Keep close communication with key stakeholders in BU like functional heads, HRBL/HR Generalists, to understand the business plan and workforce plan as well;
3. Hands-on recruitment for D & E positions, from understanding the job requirement, searching, screening and interviewing candidates, to offering;
4. Develop creative recruitment solutions to attract and acquire top talents esp. for niche or critical roles;
5. Devise or introduce effective evaluation method, assessment tools including testing paper to enhance the hiring quality;
6. Build candidate pool for responsible positions and track the efficiency and effectiveness of recruitment channels by completing the relevant reports;
7. Understand external talent market movement and collect valuable information through interview or other legal channels;
8. Provide training or coaching to line managers around recruitment related policy, procedure and skill to ensure line managers fully comply with the policy and procedure and improve line managers' capability on interviewing and selection;
9. Participate or lead specific project as assigned within recruitment team or across area HR.

Qualifications/Requirements: (Education / Experience / Competencies)
- Education: Bachelor Degree or above in HR management, Psychology, Business administration or related field
- Experience: At least 5 years working experience in recruitment, if with 2 years experience in pharmaceutical/FMCG industry is preferred

4. Oral, written and interpersonal communication skill both in English and Chinese
