Position Title: GTT_ Aftermarket Purchasing Assistant
Position Description
GTT Aftermarket Purchasing is a global organisation and responsible to purchase unique spare parts to Volvo Trucks, Volvo Bus, Renault Trucks, Mack Trucks and UD Trucks. The annual purchase volume is about 1 billion EUR. Aftermarket Purchasing, Asia and International Division consists of the 6 sites: Australia, Brazil, China, India, Japan and Thailand
Main Roles & responsibilities:
? Tracking and managing heavy calendar, requiring interaction with both internal and external contacts.
? Be delegated authority for Director regarding travel arrangements, hotel accommodation and to work out the expenses and record of the days off
? Assist Asia purchasing manager with local "office & invoice" administration
? Administrate Purchasing team place: structure and develop folders and documents, maintain team place in a logic way
? Administrate any tasks assigned by director
? Communicate and coordinate cross the Asia and International management team: participate internal meetings, taking meeting minutes and follow up open issues; managing reporting process and deadline
? Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, and follow through on issues in a timely manner
?Responsible for the Business plan and site road process: establish plan for follow up, structure and coordination
Requirement:
? Bachelor's degree
? 2+ years experience
? English and Mandarin: Fluent speaking & writing
? Other language skills including Japanese is a plus
? Multi culture experience
? Good attention to structure and can work in processes
? High attention to importance in details
? Attending and observant - service minded personality
? Strong drive and proven ability in personal planning and ability to act autonomous to deliver on dead-lines.
? Ability to take initiatives in order to meet objectives
? Trustworthy and high degree of integrity
? Microsoft software expertise in Excel, PowerPoint: expert level
? Financial controlling & expenses reports management
? Team oriented
